This hardware is for the pottery knobs to change them from antique brass or chrome colour to the brass colour. 

just undo the tread at the back of your handle and the pin comes out and put the new pin through the handle.

easy done...  the handles in the pic are to show you...

YOU ARE NOT BUYING THE KNOBS/ HANDLES IN THE PICTURE JUST THE brass colour PIN THREADS AND BACK PLATE, NUTS AND WASHER.
